Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee real estate projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop project schedules, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage project risks, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare project reports and keep management updated on project status.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
