Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to support project timelines.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects.
- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate or construction processes is an added advantage.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
