As we scale, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager (Health Apps) to help bring big ideas to life-transforming concepts into polished, shipped products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple mobile apps—from planning to launch.
- Manage timelines, sprints, and deliverables across design, development, and content teams.
- Align cross-functional remote teams (developers, designers, content) and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track and report project progress using tools like Trello, Notion, or similar.
- Anticipate potential blockers and actively resolve them to keep projects moving forward.
- Clearly communicate updates, risks, and project pivots to stakeholders.
- Foster a supportive, creative team environment that encourages productivity and innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile-first or software development environments.
- Proficiency with agile, lean, or other iterative methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; emotionally intelligent and highly collaborative.
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset—able to take initiative and lead without micromanagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, and Figma is a plus.
- Bonus: Background in wellness, tech-for-good, or content-rich mobile apps.
