Project Manager

Responsibilities: ·

Project Leadership & Management:

• Lead, plan, and manage all assigned real estate development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Delegate tasks effectively, motivate and coordinate a team of technical staff (engineers, architects, quantity surveyors) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide clear and concise direction, conduct regular progress reviews, and address any arising challenges promptly.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and government agencies. ·

Contract Management & Procurement:

• Develop and negotiate contracts with contractors, consultants, and other vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage contract administration, including change orders, claims, and risk mitigation. ·

Construction Supervision & Quality Control:

• Provide regular site visits to monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Identify and address any construction issues or deviations from the plans promptly.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and consultants to ensure quality construction and timely project completion.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management, outlining progress, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or challenges. Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree is highly preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex real estate development projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management principles. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in construction.
• Language skills a plus.
