Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for real estate developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Construction Management:
- Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor expenses and negotiate with contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to construction and development.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Present project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to management.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and project execution.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Manage contract administration and resolve disputes or delays efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
- Real Estate Development, or related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction and real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
