Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. 
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Supervise construction teams and provide leadership to ensure productivity and quality.
• Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. 
• Monitor and manage project expenditures to stay within budget. 
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to stakeholders. 
• Ensure effective communication between all project teams and external parties. 
• Resolve conflicts and challenges encountered during project execution. 
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections. 
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with project goals.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. 
• Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and efficiency across project teams. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 
• 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• COREN certification is mandatory. 
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and software. 
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
