Job Title: Project Assistant

Industry: Electric Meter

Work Location: Nigeria (domestic business trip required,different states)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop and maintain overall project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

2. Team Coordination: Coordinate the project team, clarifying individual responsibilities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

3. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.

4. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and control expenses to ensure completion within the allocated financial resources.

5. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control standards to ensure project deliverables meet industry regulations and client expectations.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Organize and archive project-related documents, prepare project reports, and ensure transparency and traceability of information.

7. On-Site Oversight: Supervise on-site construction progress when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in the electric meter industry is a plus.
