We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Business Development Manager.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Preparing detailed project reports and conducting post-project evaluations.


Business Development:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.


Team Leadership:

  • Leading and mentoring project teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Encouraging a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Presenting project updates and business proposals to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and CRM software.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
