Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Preparing detailed project reports and conducting post-project evaluations.
Business Development:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Team Leadership:
- Leading and mentoring project teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
- Encouraging a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Presenting project updates and business proposals to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and CRM software.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
