Job Summary
Our client, a small, service-based business in the U.S. is seeking a Project Manager to help organize, rebuild, and lead the company toward a future of sustained success. They deal mainly with Family Social Services to Children and Mental Health welfare for Parents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the company’s vision, streamlining operations, implementing automation, and ensuring the business can run effectively without daily involvement from ownership. This role will begin with a 90-day probationary period with the potential to grow into a more full-scale opportunity as the business continues to grow.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform Evaluation Report on existing SOP documentation and processes.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Implement and optimize systems for automation, workflow efficiency, and business scalability
- Lead efforts to rebuild and strengthen the company’s operational foundation
- Drive the team to meet performance metrics and hold staff accountable for results
- Support the team with training, motivation, and clear communication
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability
- Foster an environment that enhances the experience for both staff and the families receiving our services
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to execute the company’s long-term vision
- Ensure compliance with U.S. business practices and regulations.
- Streamline business processes to ensure sustainability and a smooth client experience
- Manage project timelines, staff schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Social Services, Mental Health or Healthcare field is preferred but candidates with University/College degrees in other fields of study can also apply
- Strong understanding of U.S. business operations and best practices.
- Experience in automating business processes and streamlining operations
- Proven track record in successfully leading and managing teams
- Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, driving the business toward high-revenue potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively while holding others accountable
- Ambitious, personable, and motivated by the challenge of rebuilding and growing a business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Planner is required with other tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft To-Do
Preferred Experience:
- PMP® Certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a service-based industry.
- Knowledge of business automation tools and processes
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small business to achieve significant revenue growth
