Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a role within the construction sector with an individual with a degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or has experience and certification in project management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Write requests for information details for approval
- Identify and manage with the team the project risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Liaise with your director, on projects using the program management or related projects to ensure that work is done
- Agree on technical and quality strategies with appropriate members of the project board
- Set up and maintain files
- Compliant with all documents control procedures
- Update of project plans
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience managing projects in the construction/ real estate sector
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Excellent command of English and oral communication skills
