Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee event setup and tear down.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain favourable terms and pricing.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on overseeing projects from inception to completion
- Experience in managing various types of events
- Be resident close to Victoria Island
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (On-site)
Remuneration: NGN 180,000
