Job Title: Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project budget.
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the Branch Manager and the Project Manager.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Supervise the procedures of handing over of projects to clients.
- Graduate of any Engineering Course (B.Eng Degree)
- Years of Experience: 2 – 4
- Knowledgeable in LEAN manufacturing/6sigma process.
- Good project management skill.
- Must be knowledgeable about safety health and environment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC system.
- Understanding basic refrigeration cycle.
- Identifications of refrigeration components and their uses.
- Basic understanding of compressor, compressor sizes, their types and uses.
- Understanding current, voltage and frequency.
- Understanding basic electrical component and their functions.
- Basic understanding of electrical connections and cable locking.
- Basic understanding of metal joining process.
- Understanding of heat transfer and recovery
- Basic understanding of copper pipe brazing.
- Basic understanding of copper pipe fitting and alignment.
- Good undersigning of measurement both in metric and imperial.
- Knowledgeable in engineering design using any designing software e.g, Auto-Cad, Revit solid works etc.
- Ability to interpret engineering design.
- Understanding of project monitoring software.
- Understanding of digital electrical control system is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance.
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
