Leveraging your banking background and mortgage expertise, you’ll ensure that clients are matched with suitable lenders, help them complete application forms, and oversee the application journey until a final decision is reached.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mortgage Process Management: Assist clients with every stage of the mortgage application, from gathering initial documents to final approval.
- Client Onboarding: Assess client eligibility and ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYI (Know Your Income) requirements are met.
- Lender Matching: Connect clients with appropriate banks from our established database, ensuring they’re matched with the best possible lending partners.
- Application Documentation: Guide clients through completing mortgage application forms, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- End-to-end Coordination: Communicate with banks to follow up on application status, address any issues, and keep clients updated on progress.
- Industry
Knowledge: Stay current on mortgage lending requirements, interest rate
trends, and new bank policies to provide the best guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Banking Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a bank or financial institution, preferably with direct exposure to mortgage products or loan processing.
- Mortgage Application Expertise: Strong familiarity with mortgage application forms and requirements, ensuring all documents meet lender standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to manage the financial documentation process accurately and effectively.
- Client-focused: Excellent interpersonal skills to support and guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and professionalism.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess client financials and match them with suitable financing options.
