The Property Management Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, maintenance & administration of company-owned or leased properties. Search for new properties and client leads, Collate information, Support guest and booking, etc

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source for property leads, filter the leads, and communicate via email in line with business requirements and policies.
- Support in the Coordination of repair, maintenance, management, and renovation activities with contractors and service providers.
- Support in the Management of guest bookings, property listing, agreements, invoices, renewals, and tenant compliance.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure check-ins and check-outs, payments, bookings, and cleaners are in line.
- Maintain accurate property records, including documents, insurance, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with property acquisitions, disposals, or transitions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with any property management software is an advantage.
- Strong research, management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to source internet, platforms and knowledge of properties and booking platforms will be advantageous
