Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Resident Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and host resident events and social gatherings to foster a strong community.
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and community announcements.

Property Operations:

  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including landscaping, pool maintenance, security, and common area upkeep.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and secure at all times.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.

Financial Management:

  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of property expenses.
  • Collect and process rent payments and ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports as required.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the leasing process as needed.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff (if applicable).
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the property team.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
