Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Coordinate and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure properties are well kept and comply with safety regulations.

Tenant Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, requests, and complaints.
• Handle tenant communication related to lease terms, policy changes, and property updates.

Leasing and Occupancy:

• Market available units and manage leasing activities, including showings and tenant screenings.
• Prepare, negotiate, and renew leases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee rent collection, issue notices for late payments, and initiate collection proceedings if necessary.

Crisis Management:

• Handle emergency situations, including property damages, safety incidents, and urgent repairs.
• Coordinate with emergency services, insurers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with property laws, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Maintain organized records of leases, tenant interactions, maintenance, and financial transactions.

Crisis Management:

• Handle emergency situations, including property damages, safety incidents, and urgent repairs.
• Coordinate with emergency services, insurers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role
