Property Sourcing Specilaist

We are looking for a qualified realtor who will be responsible for selling and renting properties for or real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions and closing deals.

You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties available and researching available listings that align with their clients’ criteria, scheduling showing times to give clients tours of available properties and overseeing negotiations and presenting purchase or rental offers to clients.

Responsibilities

· Gather prospective client’s information concerning their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest

· Pre-screen and qualify all potential renters and buyers before allowing them onto a client’s property

· Identify properties for sale/rental through our company listing database and present them to clients

· Showing properties to potential buyers and renters

· Assist clients as they explore their financial options

· Present all offers to clients

· Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses

· Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transactions

Requirements

· Confident, articulate, self-starter

· Housing marketing knowledge or previous property experience

· High activity rate with excellent relationship building skills

· Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team;

· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software;

· Smart professional presentation;

· Good communication, interpersonal skills and time management;

· Good Experience with sales

· Knowledge of global real estate best practices (and/or open to learn)

· Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

· Highly detail oriented
