Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities
- Oversee property acquisitions and dispositions
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements
- Coordinate property appraisals and inspections
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and property regulations
- Develop and implement property management strategies
- Maintain and update property records and documentation
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on transactions
- Monitor property maintenance and improvements
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Manage tenant relationships and resolve disputes
- Develop and oversee rental and lease agreements
Requirements:
- OND, other Diploma or Estate Certificate
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Remuneration: NGN 110,000
