Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage a combination of marketing, campaign management, and social media expertise to grow the digital footprint of our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement across various platforms. Sounds like the perfect role? Read on!

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to :

1.Campaign Management: 

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive conversions and minimize CPC, CPL, and CPA.
• Set up and manage email marketing and SMS campaigns.

2.Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Continuously monitor and evaluate ad spend, performance metrics, and campaign ROI, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize efficiency.

3.Strategic Campaign Development & Management: 

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns from concept to execution, covering content ideation, budget planning, and schedule implementation.
• Manage campaigns for client retainers.

4.Channel Optimization:

• Conduct thorough audits of marketing channels, including SEO, paid ads, organic strategies, and email marketing, identifying opportunities for optimization.

5.Growth Marketing Execution:

• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire new users via paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.

6.Data-Driven Insights:

• Analyze user behavior and engagement to craft personalized marketing strategies and re-engagement campaigns.

7.Brand Consistency:

• Work closely with product development, brand management, and advertising teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing and social media efforts.

8.Training & Support: 

• Guide team members on social media best practices and growth marketing strategies, ensuring continuous team improvement.
• Handle alGROWithm GTAP trainings, workshops and mentorship relating to growth marketing.

9.Competitive Analysis:

• Research and monitor competitors' activities to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

10.Content Creation:

• Lead the creation of compelling content, including e-newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, tailored to resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Growth Marketer or similar role, with proven success in driving growth for brands across digital channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Additional Digital marketing certifications (Facebook or Google ads, GTAP etc.)

Qualities

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and key social media platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO and performance tracking tools.
• Skilled in creating engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and the ability to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience conducting audience and persona research, plus a strong understanding of social media KPIs and benchmarks.
• High attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects & meeting tight deadlines.
• Remains calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and a strong team player with creative problem-solving abilities.
