Job Summary
The Protocol/Record Officer role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR flies, staff records, and documentation across the Silverbird group. this position ensure integrity and confidentiality in handing record and provides support to HR Business partner and Executive by coordinating office personnel and records control.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate all manpower logistics, flights, local transport and accommodation / hotel on the group level.
- Ensure Meet and Greet staff are in transit prior to Personnel arrival at the airport.
- Ensure proper travel condition for staff and visitors.
- Identify security risk and create safety plans in travel area.
- Plan and coordinates VIP visits, ceremonies, meetings and special events.
- Ensures adequate logistics for director’s travels.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures upon approvals
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events for Silverbird Communications Limited.
- Manage asset inventory
- Recommend method of improving records management
- Process corporate visa for international travels.
- Support in auctioning of depreciated assets.
- Quarterly staff files audit and report.
- Calculate employee travel allowance form and get necessary approval.
- Plan events calendars along with Business Mangers, Head of units and Brand managers.
- Ensure delivery of all invites appropriately to all invitees of Silverbird Events (MBGN, Miss Universe Nigeria, Man of the Year, Mr Nigeria etc)
- Liaise with the Entertainment unit as regards to protocol matters for all events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records following organizational policies and procedures, including organizing, cataloguing, and securely storing records.
- Archive records that are no longer needed for daily operations but must be kept for legal or historical purposes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as an HR, Protocol officer or similar role.
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study.
