Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pupil Estate Surveyors at Utchay Okorji Associates in our Abuja Office. The Pupil Estate Surveyors will be responsible for tasks related to landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, property management, valuation, and handling leases.
Qualifications
- 6 months - 2 years experience as an estate surveyor &valuer
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Landlord/Tenant Matters, Lease Administration, and Property Management skills
- Experience in handling Valuation marketing and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Property scouting and marketing skills is an added advantage.
- Strong team spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, or related field
- most recently concluded NYSC is a plus
- Professional certification is a plus
