We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will assist in vendor management, order processing, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the purchasing department in handling daily purchasing affairs and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
- Prepare purchase orders, track order progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
- Assist in market research and find potential suppliers.
Requirements:
- Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related majors are preferred.
- Experience in purchasing or related fields, experienced candidates are preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
