Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will assist in vendor management, order processing, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the purchasing department in handling daily purchasing affairs and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track order progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
  • Assist in market research and find potential suppliers.


Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related majors are preferred.
  • Experience in purchasing or related fields, experienced candidates are preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, able to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
