Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily purchasing needs, select and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices and contract terms to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track purchase orders and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve purchasing issues.


Requirements:

  • A BSc. Degree in Supply chain management, logistics or related majors is preferred.
  • More than 1 year of experience in procurement-related work, with procurement experience preferred.
  • Familiar with procurement process, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and procurement management software.
  • Able to withstand work pressure and handle multi-tasking and urgent issues.
