Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchasing needs, select and evaluate suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track purchase orders and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve purchasing issues.
Requirements:
- A BSc. Degree in Supply chain management, logistics or related majors is preferred.
- More than 1 year of experience in procurement-related work, with procurement experience preferred.
- Familiar with procurement process, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and procurement management software.
- Able to withstand work pressure and handle multi-tasking and urgent issues.
