QA Automation and Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to our product.
• Product Testing: Conduct thorough testing of our product to ensure quality and functionality.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in programming and scripting to automate tests and improve product quality.
• Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate deep knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Puppeteer, Jest, Cypress.
• Frontend Development: Apply experience in frontend web development to support and enhance our product.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in programming and Computer science
• 4 years of proven experience in a similar technical support or QA automation role.
• Ability to quickly learn and deeply understand our product.
• Proven experience in frontend web development.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Puppeteer, Jest, Cypress.
• Proficiency in general scripting and automation.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for helping customers and improving their experience with our product.
