Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Manager that will analyze, develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
- Creating sop's and developing new products.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Identify and mitigate quality-related risks.
- Manage quality budget and resources.
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON and other regulatory industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a quality management system (QMS).
Requirements:
- BS/MA degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of quality management experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management system
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Professional qualification such as National Institute of Quality Assurance(NIQA) or similar will be considered a plus
