Job Summary
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Analyst at our facility in Awka, Anambra State to effectively oversee quality control processes, ensure product standards are met, and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment, processes, and products.
- Identify, document, and report any quality issues or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
- Train and support staff in quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on quality control activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in quality management, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in quality control or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with production staff.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
