Quality Control Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to create a comprehensive quality management plan, including inspection checklists, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria for all renovation elements.
• Verify that all materials delivered to the site meet project specifications by conducting thorough inspections of materials, including reviewing supplier certificates of compliance.
• Regularly monitor construction activities on site, performing visual inspections to ensure proper workmanship, adherence to construction drawings, and compliance with building codes.
• Document and report any observed defects, non-conformances, or safety hazards to the project team, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and other quality-related records.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they understand quality expectations and comply with project quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify potential areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with the project quality plan
• Effectively communicate quality concerns to the project team, including site managers, engineers, and clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for all facility management activities, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
• Regularly review and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies related to facility management.

Requirements:

• 4 years of cognate experience
• BSc. Degree in any related field
