We are seeking a Quality Control Intern to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across our offerings.

Job Summary:  

As a Quality Control Intern at Hikky’s Hair, you will support our team in ensuring that all products and services meet our rigorous quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring service quality, inspecting hair products, assisting in documentation, and reporting any deviations to help improve service delivery. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in quality assurance within the beauty and luxury hair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Inspection and Assurance  

  - Conduct routine quality checks on hair products, wigs, and other service-related materials to ensure they meet the company's standards.

  - Monitor service processes to verify adherence to SOPs and company quality guidelines.

  - Assist in implementing quality control procedures, including identifying and reporting quality issues.

2. Documentation and Reporting  

  - Document inspection results and prepare quality control reports.

  - Maintain accurate records of quality inspection data, findings, and corrective actions.

  - Communicate daily quality reports and any immediate quality concerns to the management and relevant teams.

3. Customer Feedback and Analysis  

  - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common quality concerns.

  - Provide insights to help the team improve product and service quality.

  - Support the team in implementing changes based on customer feedback and quality trends.

4. Process Improvement  

  - Work closely with the operations and styling teams to improve processes that impact service and product quality.

  - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for quality control processes.

  - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.

5. Inventory Checks and Maintenance  

  - Conduct inventory checks for quality compliance, ensuring all materials meet quality standards before use.

  - Ensure all tools and equipment used for quality control are well-maintained and calibrated.

Requirements:  

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a related field (Quality Control, Business, Operations, or similar).

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of quality assurance practices and procedures.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn about quality control in the beauty and luxury hair industry.
