Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate advertising materials and structures before project deployment to verify readiness and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure campaign materials meet quality requirements and client expectations.
- Document and address any discrepancies or needed adjustments prior to campaign execution.
- Conduct quality assessments of all executed campaigns across LED screens, static billboards, wall drapes, and other advertising formats to verify quality standards.
- Evaluate the alignment, color accuracy, and overall visual presentation of advertising installations to ensure the highest standard of delivery.
- Identify and document any quality concerns, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Schedule and perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on all advertising assets to guarantee material integrity throughout the campaign’s duration.
- Inspect LED screens, billboards, and other OOH formats for potential damage, wear, or quality degradation.
- Coordinate necessary repairs and manage quality-focused upkeep for all installations.
- Monitor and assess the quality of diesel and other essential supplies used for campaign operations, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Record and report any inconsistencies in diesel quality, coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all quality inspections, documenting any deviations and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure that all advertising installations comply with internal quality benchmarks and industry regulations.
- Provide quality reports detailing inspection findings, material status, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Work directly with vendors to ensure all supplied materials meet quality standards and are fit for purpose.
- Support client service teams by addressing client concerns regarding quality, and providing insights and solutions to uphold client satisfaction.
- Provide technical support on-site to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues or technical challenges that arise during installations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to quickly address any quality defects, maintaining campaign reliability and visual appeal.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a quality control officer or similar role
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
