Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspection & Testing.
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Perform quality tests to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Use measuring tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and test results.
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary reports and documentation.
- Identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies and take corrective measures.
- Work with production teams to address quality issues and implement preventive solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND in quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality inspection, testing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Ability to conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and test results.
- Familiarity with internal and external audit procedures and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects, deviations, and inconsistencies.
