Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing:
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform tests and measurements to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Document and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformances.
Quality Standards Compliance:
- Ensure products comply with company quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and interpret technical specifications and quality guidelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality checks.
- Analyze data to identify trends or recurring issues.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Identify root causes of quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Process Monitoring:
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Verify that equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated
Training and Compliance Support:
- Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality certifications and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years working experience in a similar role
