Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Quality Control Officer who will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including checking and improving the quality and shelf life of products, ensuring that quality control measures are in place, functioning right, and adhered to.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure to apply standards, specifications, rules, and procedures concerning raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor to ensure all quality compliances are adhered to in the production and packaging of products.
- Bring awareness and train employees on quality and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place, functioning right, and are adhered to.
- Checking and improving the quality and shelf life of products.
- Ensuring staff are properly kitted when in the bakery, avoiding contamination of products, and ensuring safety.
- Ensure HSE measures are in place and adhered to by staff.
- Provide first aid to injured staff.
- Assist other team members in their functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role.
- Minimum of OND.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
