Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of water quality, including pH, turbidity, and contamination tests, following standardized methods.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, conductivity meters, and pH meters to ensure accurate results.
- Monitor critical control points in water purification and bottling processes, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
- Interpret test results, identify trends, and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international water quality standards, such as those set by WHO, EPA, or ISO.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address quality concerns and optimize processes.
- Train staff on quality assurance standards, hygiene practices, and operational protocols.
- Maintain precise and organized records of test results, quality activities, and compliance documentation.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
- Use software tools for efficient data recording, analysis, and reporting.
- Prioritize testing and reporting tasks to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Adapt to new technologies, procedures, or regulatory changes in the field of quality assurance.
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations effectively to relevant stakeholders.
