Quality Control Specialist

• Inspect the quality of products, processes, and services to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints about defective or substandard products.
• Collect and analyze performance data to recommend process and equipment improvements.
• Determine the causes of unacceptable results and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, development, and production teams on quality systems, specifications, and compliance issues.
• Test products, equipment, and processes to ensure functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze testing results, document findings, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Represent the quality function in activities contributing to product certification requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality inspections, tests, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality control, assurance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to document findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• A bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus.
