Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company.
- Monitor and advice on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
- Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes.
- Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personal.
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
- Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
- Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Engr.), or similar.
- knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 any other management system
- Minimum of 2 years experience in research.
- Ability to maintain Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to promote the Company and associated organizations.
- Ability to travel (without restriction) when required to meet clients.
- Proven portfolio of completed projects.
- Risk assessment analysis
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Experience with team management
Location: The Ideal candidate must reside in Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 160,000 - 200,000 per month
