About You
The OD & Culture Manager will oversee
Danone Company is producing and distributing healthy food to as many people as possible across the SSA (south Africa, Nigeria, Ghana & Franco Countries) region. In line with Danone’s One Planet, One Health vision which reflects a strong belief that the health of people and the health of the planet are interconnected, we aim at inspiring healthy and more sustainable eating and drinking practices. We are currently touching lives in the South & West Africa Region.

About You
The OD & Culture Manager will oversee
- Business Strategy Craft Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance
- Organisational design
- Culture Create and implement strategies to promote a positive, collaborative company culture. They work to nurture cultural values and behaviors
- Fixed Cost Manage fixed costs in line with business strategy
- Transformation Lead Diversity, Equity and inclusion initiatives
- Completed HR Related Degree
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
- Put Danone First - We act and work as one team, across countries and functions
- Lead with People - We grow as leaders by developing others
- We keep it simple - We deal with complexity by bringing focus and a pragmatic approach
