Nigeria, Ghana & Francos
About You
The OD & Culture Manager will oversee
- Business Strategy Craft Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance
- Organisational design
- Culture Create and implement strategies to promote a positive, collaborative company culture. They work to nurture cultural values and behaviors
- Fixed Cost Manage fixed costs in line with business strategy
- Transformation Lead Diversity, Equity and inclusion initiatives
- Completed HR Related Degree
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
