Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Supervisor at FMCG COMPANY in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality control, managing analytical processes, ensuring quality management and assurance, and maintaining product quality standards on a day-to-day basis. Knowledge of various fabrication & inspection, Responsible for inspection of product at various stage with different type of structure & engineering drawing as per manufacturing quality plan.
Key Responsibilities
Able to inspect the fabricated structure product operation like cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, & welding in various stage.
Able to maintain & develop daily inspection reports & records of Quality control activity.
Able to understand the details of shop drawing, Structure drawing & Welded assembly drawings.
Able to understand & interpret different types of manufacturing quality plan.
Having knowledge of various measuring instruments for inspection activity.
Qualifications
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Quality Management
- Knowledge of maintaining Product Quality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Quality certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry) Bachelor/Diploma of Mechanical/Fabrication Engineering.
