Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for container-based construction projects.
- Manage project costs, including material procurement and subcontractor payments.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim and final accounts.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure efficient collaboration between engineers, architects, suppliers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, report updates, and address any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- HND/BSc. in Quantity Suveyor is required
