Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Sales People Nigeria Limited in Abuja. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Ability to create accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, NIQS) are a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Strong understanding of financial management and project costing.
• Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Must be resident in Abuja
