Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Quantity surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and ensuring that projects are completed within financial perimeters.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, conducting cost analysis, and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance obligations.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity surveying, Construction management, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong Knowledge of construction methods, contract,s and regulations,
  • Proficient in cost management software andthe  Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
