Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BoQ) for real estate projects.
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Assist in tender preparation and manage project budgets.
- Conduct cost analysis, update BoQs, and handle valuations.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage cost risks.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN100,000
