- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identify potential cost overruns, and implement strategies for cost control.
- Accurately measure and quantify construction works, ensuring that all work is properly recorded and valued.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions that maintain project quality while optimizing the use of resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- BSc. in quantity surveying
