Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Wasob Nigeria Limited in Lagos. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Cost Control and Cost Management skills
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
- Experience in Cost Reporting
- Knowledge of quantity surveying software and tools
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field
