Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Realistic Projects in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in quantity surveying and construction projects
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is a plus
