Job Duties:
- Preparation of bill of quantities.
- Tender preparation.
- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials.
- Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets.
- Identify potential financial or construction risks.
- Calculate, record and track inventory and estimates.
- Work with the Engineers to manage materials, time and cost of project.
- Manage records relating to the quality and quantity of materials supplied on site.
- Any other businesses/ assignments as the exigencies of work demand.
- Good Communication Skills (oral & written).
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Customer Relations.
- Good human and material resources management.
- Good business acumen.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and Project Management Software.
- Excellent knowledge of Cost Management and Control.
- Resilient and comfortable working from any location such as construction sites and in the office.
- Candidates with a minimum of a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying
- MSC in Construction Management or Project Management
- Good leadership and management skill
- Good personality: firm, assertive, upright and straightforward person
- Very good knowledge of the subject matter
- Must have worked consistently at least for 5 years
- A minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience with at least 1-2 years managing projects independently from conception to completion.
