QUOTATION WRITING SPECIALIST

We are a leading international facility management services group providing maintenance, industrial cleaning, and trading of cleaning products and equipment

We require a competent QUOTATION WRITING SPECIALIST who will manage all aspects of quotation creation, including evaluation of technical specifications, calculating costs, and crafting high-quality quotes. The candidate must be an EXCEL specialist and proficient in the use of POWERPOINT AND CANVA

Job Description:

1. Source for RFP and RFQ from e-tenders, UNGM, public and private tenders journals, and other sources of RFP and RFQ
2. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for best purchasing pricing
3. Gather all necessary information and analyze material and job costing for pricing
4. Analyze client's technical requirements and prepare comprehensive quotations
5. Utilizing relevant Excel functions such as V-LOOKUP, H-LOOPUK, etc., and advanced formulas for managing data and preparing quotations
6. Prepare accurate quotes at agreed margins
7. Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations teams and management to validate and finalize quotes
8. Maintain and update our database with the most recent pricing and product specifications
9. Resolve customer inquiries related to quotations in a professional and timely manner

Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of costing, margins and pricing

Must have excellent EXCEL skills and be able to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders including external customers

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1st Class or minimum 2-1in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Must be highly proficient in EXCEL
• Knowledge of other applications is an added advantage particularly POWERPOINT
