Radio Presenter

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live or recorded content in an engaging and lively manner, maintaining audience interest throughout the program.
• Conduct thorough research on current affairs, socio-economic realities, politics, and trending topics to ensure that you are well-prepared for discussions or presentations.
• Lead discussions, interviews, and debates with guests, experts, and analysts, ensuring smooth flow and productive conversations.
  
• Use excellent communication and presentation skills to connect with your audience, whether in English or Pidgin, making the content relatable and engaging.
  
• Work closely with producers, editors, and other team members to create high-quality and compelling content for broadcast.
  
• Secure and maintain relationships with reliable sources, analysts, and industry experts for interviews, insights, and exclusive content.
  
• Continuously stay informed about current events, news, and relevant topics to ensure your content is timely and relevant.
  
• Ensure that all content complies with broadcasting guidelines and ethical standards while maintaining professionalism on air.
  
• Review audience feedback and performance metrics to improve program content and presentation style.
  
• Manage any unexpected situations during live broadcasts with composure and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of issues around current affairs, socio-economic realities, politics, and trending topics. 
• Excellent command of Pidgin AND English. 
• Strong research ethic. 
• Engaging and lively.
• Able to secure and maintain relationships with sources and analysts
