About The Role

We're searching for an IT & D Regional Senior Manager with an innovative spirit to help lead Reckitt's technological growth in the UK. Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to hit business targets and drive growth.
• Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in service delivery.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with crucial stakeholders, creating robust networks across the business landscape.
• Analyse market dynamics and competitor approaches to seize emerging opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while managing budgets prudently.

• Proven background in senior management within the IT & D sector.
• Track record of driving business performance and meeting commercial objectives.
• Accomplished in leadership, with refined people management capabilities.
• Skilled in communication, capable of connecting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
• Agile and efficient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
