Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Helping clients find properties: Real Estate Associates help buyers locate properties that fit their needs and budget by searching listings, arranging property showings, and providing advice on potential purchases.
- Listing properties for sale: Sellers may assist in preparing and listing properties on the market, conducting property evaluations, and working with clients to determine the best pricing strategy.
- Organising property viewings and showings: Coordinating and scheduling showings for prospective buyers or renters to view properties.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and other professionals.
- Detail-oriented in handling paperwork and contracts.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property valuation.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges during transactions.
- Time management skills to juggle multiple listings and clients.
- Self-motivation and drive, as much of the role involves client outreach and independent work.
