Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Investor Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with potential investors in Nigeria who have the financial capacity to invest in UK properties.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their investment goals and present tailored opportunities.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the UK property market and our investment offerings to effectively communicate the benefits to potential investors.
- Client Support: Guide investors through the investment process, providing exceptional service and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and other networking opportunities to build a solid client base.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, leads, and successful conversions to the management team.
Requirements:
- Passion and Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in real estate and property investment, with the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-net-worth individuals.
- Networking Ability: Strong networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and achieve targets without constant supervision.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and attend meetings or events as required.
